I have a proven track record of leading large engineering teams in successfully developing and deploying software products and Internet services for a global market.

My background is traditional project management, however, for the last eight years I have been running Agile project teams using DSDM, Scrum, XP, or more usually a mix of all of them.

Most recently I have been leading the Internet Development team at the BBC in London where I introduced a standard Agile process into a team of 350 people.  The process was based on Scrum but using XP technical practices .
